Please use the following links and information to help your child access their remote learning resources.
OneLogin: this is the central hub for students to access most 27J learning platforms. Once they login, they will automatically be connected to these platforms. There is a OneLogin link on the left side of the 27J website and all school websites. THIS PLATFORM IS FOR K-12 students only
- Turn on your Chromebook.
- Connect to your home internet by clicking the wifi icon located in the bottom right corner menu
- Create your profile (if needed)
- click "add person" at the bottom
- enter your email (student id number) and password (initials + birthdate)
- For elementary students, choose a picture
- You may get an additional pop-up for OneLogin. Go ahead and put in your student ID and password again.
- Once you are logged in, your first screen should be the OneLogin page. This page has “tiles” that link you to all of your 27J learning tools and platforms.

How to Access Tiles
Google Classroom
Google Classroom will notify parents/guardians with email summaries of how their students are doing in the various classes. The frequency of the emails can be set by parents(daily or weekly).
What is included in these summaries?
- Missing Work
- Upcoming Work
- Class announcements
What is not included in these summaries?
- Specific student information, work, or grades
- Content or attachments added in a class activity posting
How do I activate these parent emails?
- Your child’s homeroom/advisory teacher will be sending an email invite to the email address listed in IC. They can send to multiple parent email addresses as well.
- Click accept in the email invite.
- Then select your frequency and time zone.
How do I adjust/edit my email summary settings?
At the bottom on any email summary, click “settings” to adjust the frequency and time zone
Note: Only one teacher needs to invite you. Once a parent/guardian is connected to the student, they have access to all classes where notifications are turned on.
Parents and Google Drive/Google CalendarIn order to access a student’s Google Calendar, parents need a Google account.
Google Drive (FOR SECONDARY ONLY)- Student grants access to student work in Classroom
- Have your child log into their OneLogin account.
- Click their Google Drive.
- Click the “Classroom” folder.
- Have them right-click on the folder and select “share”.
- Enter your Gmail address and select “viewer” from the drop-down.
- Parent access Google Drive folder in their Drive
- Parent logs into drive.google.com.
- On the left side, select “Shared with me” and then the “Classroom” folder.
- In the folder, you will see folders for each Google Classroom your child is enrolled in.
- To find assignments for your child in each course, open the folder for that course.

Imagine Learning
Extend classroom learning into your home.
With Imagine Learning’s Anywhere Access feature, when your student leaves school they can log into Imagine learning at home and pick up right where they left off.
Imagine Learning is coming home
With the Anywhere Access feature:
- Students can experience Imagine Learning outside of school by using a computer or tablet.
- Each student’s progress within the curriculum is retained, meaning students see exactly what they need to learn, exactly when they need it.

- Imagine Learning is best utilized with headphones (or speakers) and a microphone.
How to log in
For PC and Mac computers:
- In your internet browser, go to this web address: My.imaginelearning.com
- Enter your site code: 800237
- Enter your account name and password
For tablets and Chromebooks:
- Download the Imagine Learning app from your device app store.
- Launch the Imagine Learning app.
- Enter your site code: 800237
- Enter your account name and password:
